Shipping Rates

All orders will be shipped via PostNL. Within the Netherlands the shipping costs are €6.50 (upon 10kg.). Outside the Netherlands the Shipping costs depend on the country of destination. You can check the rates for your country of destination on https://jouw.postnl.nl/#!/versturen/details.

What are the delivery times?

Shipping times begin 2-3 working days after the order is placed. Delivery time varies depending on the delivery country. Please consider that islands may require 1 extra working day for the delivery process.

Where do you deliver?

We ship with PostNL worldwide with flat rate. The cost is for the shipping cost only and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country.

Where can I find the order confirmation email?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address used for placing your order. The email contains all the details of your order, so please ensure to use a valid and correct email address. If you do not receive this email, and it is not present in your inbox, please check in your junk or spam. In case you do not find it there either, please contact customer service at bash@fitzroy.nl in order to ask for an extra copy.
